The RF 100mm F2.8L Macro IS USM is the first macro lens for Canon's full-frame mirrorless lineup. This medium telephoto lens has a minimum focus distance of 26cm (10") and a maximum magnification of 1.4x. The lens is stabilized to 5 stops alone and 8 stops with a coordinated body like the EOS R5. When in close-up mode, a hybrid mode, which corrects for angular and shift camera shake, is activated. 

As with all L-series lenses, the 100mm is sealed against dust and moisture, and features a fluorine coat on the front element to repel oil and water
