Beautiful Portraits
Flash is used not only for brightening a subject, but also to deliver
greater control over lighting in your images. The 430EX III and
430EX III-RT external flash units make light control more
manageable and versatile
Bounce Shooting Function
The heads of the Speedlite 430EX III and 430EX III-RT are able to
turn freely up to 90° up, 150° to the left, and 180° to the right
enabling the flash to fire in almost any direction. Referred to as
bounce shooting, firing the flash towards ceilings or walls delivers
softer and more natural lighting
Built-in Catch Light Panel
Both the Speedlite 430EX III and 430EX III-RT feature a built in catch
light panel which delivers light that reflects in the subjects eyes and
adds life to portrait images
Radio Transmitter (430EX III-RT MODEL ONLY)
430EX III-RT supports not only optical but also radio transmission for
off-camera wireless flash shooting. The radio system gives users
greater flexibility, thanks to the slave unit's superior freedom of
placement, controllability and functional range.
(430EX III supports only optical transmission.)
